• Shortlisted schemes (CPI) are checked, whether schemes are socially feasible or not, according to project criteria.
• Formation of Community Based Organization (CBO) for feasible and valid schemes trough social mobilization philosophy.
• Formation of Sub committees (Project, Audit and Maintenance committee) for operation and maintenance purposes.
• Delivering sessions in Community Management Skill Trainings (CMST) and Leader Management Skill Trainings.
• Facilitating Community members through PRA tools (Mapping, Ranking, charts and transits walk) while developing community development plans.
• Motivating team for project tasks, in targeted area.
• Providing technical assistance to community members at any stage of the project.
• Maintaining Record of Community Based Organization at office level and enabling CBO’s members to maintain record at field level also.
• Reporting of targets and activities to supervisor against weekly planning.

• Supporting communities in strengthening their organizations.
• Establishing Digital Hub through local support organization in rural area of the project area.
• Maintenance of record at office level and enabling communities to maintain record at field level
• Agricultural inputs.
• Formation of Cos, VOs to organize the poor community to solve their problem by their selves.

• Establishing of village Bank trough community organization.
• Opening of three different bank accounts (Income and Expenses account, saving account and Disbursement account).
• Identification of needy beneficiaries through poverty score card and community resolution.
• Developing of Member Investment Plan for ultra-poor and vulnerable poor members of community based Organization.
• Providing Technical support to community members.

• Establishing of Youth Centers to engage youth in positive activities awareness campaigns about polio eradication, school enrollment campaign and plantation etc.
• Establishing of “Nawkari Ya Karobar” center by me was another innovative and amazing idea of the project.
• Development of livelihood investment plan for the group of ultra and vulnerable poor who are willing to establish group enterprise in a comment interest group.
• Providing Enterprise Development Trainings to this common interest group after developing their such as sports,
• LIP’s.

• Formation of Agri Business Group.

• Mobilization of Agri business Group for tunnel forming.
• Exposure visits of this group to Charsadda.

• Selection of potential human resources for poverty reduction and enhancement of livelihood means through poverty score card (PSC) exercise and participatory wealth ranking.
• TNA (Training Need Assessment) for capacity building in community.

• Organizing communities for their own development through social mobilization in the form of hamlet to village and village to local support organization.

• VDP exercise trough PRA tools (geographical map, social map, resource map wealth ranking, timeline of village, transits walk etc.)

Distributing food stuff in primary schools of Buner to improve literacy and enrollment rate of boys and girls.
