My self Muhammad Sarmad Farid From Pakistan. I am doing the job as an Operational Manager At Toriox Trading LLC. I have joined this company on January 04, 2021, to still continue. I have handled the company operations and led the operational department and HR Department.
Before joining this organization I am doing the job as a Customer Support Executive in the Operational department of Virtual world Pvt. Ltd. Handling all customer support issues and sales. Led the all-sales department team and contribute to the HR Department and make the perfect team for operations.
My First job career started in January 2016 as Sale Office in the Lubricant Distribution company, and I served 4 years and finally reached Area Sale Officer in the operational department. It's my life's best experience because I started at the field level and then promote to the managerial level on my smart work. I have made the best market strategies plan and built a good relationship with customers.
That is my life's best experience and I am quake Lerner and want to learn more creative things and handle the difficulties relate to my profession. Because I believe in smart working not hard working.
I have handled all management software and Point of Sale Systems, ERP system and Expert in E-Commerce Business.
