Maintain all the Engineering drawings and records at Head Office.
Co-ordination with the contractor regarding Civil and Mechanical fabrication works Etc.

Enhance production through process capability; reduce down time, effective solution of recurring problems, planning of preventive maintenance also designed change by modification.

Lining (refractory) work handling on Induction furnace, ladle, Tundish.

Plant P & ID study for improvements and modifications, Monitor process and quality parameters, Troubleshooting and corrective action wherever required, Maintainance coordination for planned and preventive maintenance, Managing DCS (Control-Room) activities while keeping effective communication, Passivation of DRI & ensuring safe handling conditions of DRI, avoiding fire hazards, DRI rejection control & monitoring, dealing with customer complaints
