Job Description (NGN)
o Designing the VOIP Networks and installation, Configuration & Technical Support for Huawei SOFTX3000 Soft Switch, UMG8900, SIP, H.323, H.248, ISUP, MGCP, SS7 and SIGTRAN.
o Responsible for LDI (Long Distance International) & Local Voice Network and Services like Class-5 & Class 4 Soft switch, Managing & Maintenance Session Border Controller (for SIP & H.323) calls & CISCO AS5350 voice Gateways.
o Designed NGN solutions for Different clients like, National High and Motorway Police, Capital TV, Express TV, FFCL, FAFEN, China Embassy, UN, Schlumberger, British Petroleum, Embassies and many more.
o Fabricate the customer oriented solution & deployed and provide the technical support on Bicom Systems Class 4/5 soft switch.
o Key responsible for IP Planning, Interconnects maintenance and establishment and Network designing for Voice and Data traffic.
o Carrier & Corporate customers traffic Management.
o Next generation of Cloud-based SIP and 3G/4G solutions.
o Working on VoIP, video, IM and online collaboration.
o Lead and drive problems to the appropriate timely conclusion in effort to resolve and contain customer issues.
o Provide Business Support, Professional verbal and Email Coordination with Interconnects and Vendors.
o Update CRM and own and work customer Incident Reports to conclusion effectively accurately and in a timely manner.
o Build and maintain strong customer service relationships.
o Take direction from TAC management but also work independently as needed providing guidance, drive and leadership to more junior engineers.
o Communicate effectively, clearly and concisely (both written and verbal) with management /customer(s)/Vendors/ Sales and peers. Also verify and validate Multi-vendor BoQ.
