Team Improvement:To organize team activities so as to enhance the team cohesion, etc. To recruit talented resources for the team. To arrange conclusive meetings and individual meetings for the team to teach them how to improve their work and guide them how to achieve their targets.
Daily Work:To conduct daily meetings, to manage the attendance of the complete team, to find and solve the problems of the team and the market.
