I oversee and manage major donor portfolios and grants of TCF's country partners, including the UK and US, ensuring alignment, compliance, and successful execution of programs. I collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as finance, programs, and regional units) to monitor the progress of donor-funded initiatives, ensuring objectives are met and any issues are addressed promptly. Additionally, I prepare detailed progress, impact, and closing reports for grants and donors. I also coordinate the preparation of grant proposals, MOUs, and donor agreements, while tracking deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual terms.

I was part of the Technical Assistance team for the Data and Research in Education (DARE) project, managed by the World Bank and funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).
DARE aimed to standardise and strengthen data management processes at federal and provincial levels in the education sector in Pakistan and support the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training (MoFE&PT), Pakistan, while also ensuring national data comparability and international reporting on SDG 4 indicators.
Some of the tasks I worked on include the following: 

Facilitated the data standardisation capacity-building workshops conducted for provincial and federal education entities
Contributed to the development of action plans for the integration of education databases
Developed manuals for provincial Annual School Census data collection
Drafted an Education Data Governance Policy
Produced a desk review report to inform the design of a national open data portal
Facilitated a Training Needs Assessment at Pakistan Institute of Education and prepared a training plan

Managed sponsor relationships as the primary liaison for OTF Funfair 2022, the annual fundraising event with a footfall of 8,000
Prepared and presented tailored proposals and pitch decks to potential partners
Spearheaded the compilation of the departmental manual that streamlined processes and reduced procedural errors
Secured the K-Electric KHI Award 2021 and 2022, leading to significant savings on electricity as part of the prize
Led the planning of successful virtual and physical events, from budgeting to execution

It was a two week project that I was assigned to. My responsibilities included proofreading and editing some books that were to be digitally published in the new future.
