Manage smartphone and services portfolio
New smartphone Product development
Handset launches and procurement
Handset sales tracking
Products and promo designing to grow smartphone & handheld business
Contract management with smartphone & handheld vendors
Devices TA plan and statement submission
Implementation of smartphone/terminals and products on Zong Billing and CRM platform
Monthly reconciliation with to ensure no revenue leakage
Promotion of terminals through CSC and Franchise channel
Development and execution of sales promos for terminals to enhance sales through these channels
Performance monitoring of these channels
Handset/Terminal related product bundles and promos
Enterprise and voice product development and implementation
Planning, forecasting & submission of annual business plan for terminals
Development of annual product and channels roadmap for terminals in line with business strategy
