As a HR Internee my duties and tasks included:
Work with Recruiting team members to communicate requirements of assigned projects.
Work in coordination with my HR Manager and assist in completing projects as assigned.
Complete projects according to individual/client specifications.
Identify and track the relevant candidates through hiring process.
Assist with recruitment and interview process.
Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by GM.
Partner with customers to get clear on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and on boarding process
Network and build long-lasting client relationships
Conducting interviews & evaluating candidates to come up with a list of potential candidates.
Prepare Organogram and Job descriptions.
As an offshore Data coder, my duties were to identify, analyze and categorize relevant conversations about client’s products and services within social media as well as to identify and report industry trends.
