Maintain the Client Red Book with all updates or errors if received from Client.
Prepares accuracy report, daily working production report and also QA Scores at the end of every month.
Conduct Individual Feedback Sessions on daily basis.
Conduct Refresher Training Sessions by-weekly basis.
