Working as Territory Sales Manager capacity in Sales Department to execute following responsibilities. Leading a SalesForce in our Territory. Responsible for daily sales GT, W.S, and TER at our company distribution like daily execution shop wise with KPI's. Responsible for productivity, availability, and visibility at our Territory. Alhamdulilah I have implemented this system at our distribution premises through different strategies and playing roles as a leader. I am a facilitator to the sales team to provide them training on the existing and new development of the business. providing the services to Head of Sales GT/WS/TER sales history to activation BTL activity planning and sales representative performance in terms of achievement, drop size, productivity, total shop coverage. Monitoring our distribution warehouse stock to the assurance of maintains their stock as per monthly Target and shortage of products. Promotional scheme through the system.
