Lead the team to identify the food safety hazard and locate critical control point.
Ensure all the production management system established, implement,mantianed and update
Baking problem resolving the issue and team awareness.
Provide regular written report to the CEO
Perform other duties as assigned
Grip on Food safety,HACCP ,lab testing,plant hygiene, IPM , internal food safety audit
Implementation of GMP, GLP, ISO and halal.
Internal and external audit of iso 9001,iso 2200 and halal.
Customer complain and feed back.
Develop SOPs for raw materials and packaging material specification
