Track the progress of performance indicators on a periodic basis in close coordination with the district administration, Line Departments (Education, Health, Deputy Commissioner Offices, etc.), and MAGP team. • Collect, check, verify, and compile data from the field as stipulated in the M&E Plan. • Review and compile monitoring reports, project progress reports, and any other M&E reports requested by stakeholders. Under the overall supervision of the MAGP Program Manager, the M&E Officer will report to the Senior Coordination and Implementation Specialist (SCIS) in close coordination with the Project Manager, with day-to-day reporting to the designated MAGP Field Implementation Specialists (FISs)
· Support the implementation of the education project activities as outlined in the education plan/ detailed implementation plan in line with CRS program quality principles and standards, donor requirements, field experiences, and good practices.
· Monitor and report any challenges and/or gaps identified to inform adjustments to plans and implementation schedules. Assist the Education partners in their efforts to reflect on project experiences and improved the program quality.
· Support accountability through strengthening the FCRM system at the project level-ensuring the project participants’ feedback is heard and appropriately responded in the activities design and implementation.
· Assist the education partner to collect and analyze project data per specified mechanisms and tools.
· Collaborate with local partner(s) to prepare weekly and monthly and project closure reports per the agreed timelines.
· Collect information regarding the partner staff capacity needs and technical assistance needs to ensure the quality of project delivery at the field level.
