•Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Introducing New to Bank customers
•Opening accounts of new customers
•Handling customers complaints and forwarding to concern banking officers
•Counseling customers on banking products and services
•Perform various clerical tasks (e.g. filing)
