Ensure data validation and verification
Data review and feedback sharing for rectification of data
Close coordination with field supervisors for data rectifications.
Implement data quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
Conduct data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation to ensure data accuracy
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data quality management.
Plan and organize TSFP/CMAM activities at designated sites in liaison with Nutrition officer.
Work closely with DHO Health staffs to ensure all aspects of the program understood and appropriate referrals take place to and from the CMAM outreach and well integrated into the Primary Health Care and CMAMI approach.
Raising Awareness about Nutrition and Health within the Community.
Educating various groups and individuals about the Importance of nutrition and the benefits of a Balanced diet.
Providing training to parents, especially mothers, on the importance of nutrition for children.
Developing a comprehensive SBCC strategy tailored to the health and nutrition needs of the target population.
Additionally Responsibilities
Data Management:
Entrusted With the responsibility of handling data in collaboration with the Social Mobilizer. This included collection data from all centers, accurately entering it into excel sheets, and submitting the compiled data to the Coordinator for review and approval.
Stock Management:
Managing Resources and stock required for the Project.
Monitoring and updating stock records on a daily basis.
Prepare activity implementation plan and discuss the required resources to undertake the activity
Ensure the community participation the project activities
Form / re-organise Community Based organizations (CBOs) male/female
Conduct Village mapping/profiling through different PRA tools (i.e. is BBCMs, Mapping/profile, conflict resolution wealth ranking etc
Mobilize community and orient project and organization's mandate
Work with community members to map and prioritize community needs
Identify and organize appropriate capacity building, and technical resources to support project implementation
Ensure efficient and effective implementation of Climate Change Adaptation, Food Security, Livelihoods, Cash transfer and WASH related interventions at community level.
Write regular weekly, monthly and other reports (as per suggestion and need)
Facilitation and support in conducting the awareness sessions
Mobilize community groups, sensitize and train them on specific topics as required, organize and facilitate meetings.
Follow the Social Mobilization guidelines of SIF and implement it at community level.
Perform other duties as requested by the line supervisor
Prepare daily field visit reports after commencing the visit in the field
Prepare and submit weekly progress report well on time
Prepare any other reports when required/asked by the supervisor
Actively participate in staff meetings
Establish databases and analytical templates for data entry, summary, and presentation.
Check the quality of the data to be entered and inform the immediate supervisor of any problems.
Calculate the time needed for data entry and keep your immediate supervisor informed of its progress.
Input the data from the various tools in the agreed upon format.
Summarize the entered data in the form of à report.
Check and clean the entered data.
Printing of Beneficiaries receiving sheets and Tokens.
Managing and Archiving of Project Files.
File the data collection tools and computer data;
Save the data entries regularly as well as the statistical results.
Backup all databases and project documents.
Manage both soft and hard data including tracking sheet, beneficiaries list, distribution list, receiving notes and all other necessary data
Handle all data cleaning and entry
Analyze and report survey/data collection exercise results
Conduct all duties in a professional manner.
