Responsible for providing monitoring troubleshooting solutions for Electrical Power, Control and Instrumentation equipments in case of sudden system breakdown during plant operation, ensuring minimum time utilization for troubleshooting.
Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
Check daily electrical work report prepared by shift incharges and discuss in detail. Co-ordinate discuss with melt shop production team in case of any sudden fault during production.

Develops project schedules assigning cost and manpower to the schedule and provide manpower forecasting.

• Performed monitoring, controlling and switching of the company power system during normal and emergency operation conditions 3.3 KV, 6.6 KV, 11 KV & 132 KV systems
• Studied protection schematic drawings. e.g. Short circuit, Over current, Earth fault (IDMT), Under voltage, Over voltage, Under frequency, Over frequency, Differential protection for transformers, motors and generators, Reverse power etc
