Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all workers adhere to safety regulations to minimize accidents and injuries.
Monitor construction quality, ensuring that all work meets specified standards and project requirements.
Act as a liaison between management, clients, and subcontractors, providing updates and addressing concerns as they arise.
Address any issues that arise on-site promptly, finding solutions to keep the project moving forward.
 Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work hours, progress reports, and any incidents or delays.

Daily supervision and monitoring of construction on site as per approved drawings and method statement.
Checking quality of concrete during pouring of concrete,
Attending joint site inspection with supervision consultants,
Coordination with safety officers for occupational health and safety matters,
Assist project manager in managing site labors and sub-contractors,
Preparation of RFIs (Request for Inspection) for all site works and submission to supervision consultants,
Support the sub-contractors to achieve the project completion and other milestones,
Providing feedback to planning engineers for preparation of progress report.
Assisting quantity surveyors in taking measurements for quantity takeoff,
Supporting land surveyors in setting out works on site in accordance the drawings and specifications.
Supervision of road Safety regarding diversions/detours, lane marking, road studs and temporary signboard installation etc.
