• Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, enforcement of internal procedures and controls, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.

• Calculation of prolongation costs (for time-based resources) due to extension using contractually defined parameters.

• Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software Primavera P-6.
• Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs (manpower, equipments and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
• Develop work method of statement or procedure as required.
• Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS excel, MS Project, Primavera.
• Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required.
• Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
• Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.

• Nishat Hotel and Retail Mall Johar Town Lahore.
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for Preparing the Project Summary Reports, Cash Flow, Delay Logs and claims on the basis of FIDIC General Conditions of Contract for the approval of extension of time (EOT).
• Prepare monthly & weekly look ahead plan from the baseline schedule and then deliver to the site for implementation and monitor them on regular basis from daily progress reports.
• Prepare actual weekly work done report in terms of revenue from daily progress reports.
• Updated the baseline construction schedule by the end of every month on actual dates.
• Prepare S-Curves (Both Financial and Physical Progress).
• Prepare and update the minutes of meeting (MOM) & progress review meeting (PRM)
• Developing detailed yet simple to understand schedules (monthly, fortnightly, and weekly).
