Monitor crowd behaviour constantly and comply with any instructions/guidance given by Facilitation Centre Coordinator.
Prioritize Persons with Specific Needs and facilitates them at the Facilitation Centres.
Keep the waiting area neat and tidy and note the referral cases for the B-forms.
Ensure the proper sitting of the beneficiaries, manage the beneficiaries by adopting the crowd controlling measurements.
Provide information/instructions to beneficiaries about water points and latrines as and when required.
Complete the initial filtration of eligible beneficiaries and send them to the FC room as per their turn.
Guide the beneficiaries regarding the document requirements.
Maintain all the records for the beneficiaries appeared for the visits on prescribed formats.
Guide the beneficiaries to the hospital outdoor for the required services.
Assist the staff in managing the stocks. Assist in managing the stationary stocks at the FC.
Assist in managing, handling and storage of SNF at FC room.
Crowd controller is not permitted to use force but are required to report any untoward situation or behaviours to responsible person from the health facility.
Any other task assigned/required by the Facilitation Centre Coordinator or the District Program Coordinator.

Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project.

Coordinate the distribution of cash grant and in-kind support for shelter improvements.
Engage with government authorities, local organization, and community representatives to facilitate project activities.
Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track tha progress and outcomes of WASH activities.
Ensure that all WASH activities promote climate resilience and environmental sustainability.
