Program: I had more than 10 years of practical experience in implementation of multiple protection projects especially Child Protection, Advocacy and liaising for protection program with SPARC and ITA had expertise in Project Management & Implementation. I had rich experience of empowering and mainstreaming the effected lives of various communities in social, economic and decision making by building their resilience and referral mechanism. Oversee preparation and implementation of protection activities and ensure that they meet appropriate standards, CPMS [child protection minimum standards], standards for child friendly spaces and other applicable national and international standards).In close collaboration with the Field based protection staff and the partner NGO staff, establish support and strengthen i) Community Centers (including child- and youth- targeted activities) and ii) Family Protection Units (FPUs) with relevant referral mechanisms in collaboration with other actors. Ensure that protection activities are carried out in line with donor commitments, in line with agreed work plans and budgets, in order to achieve planned targets.
Capacity Building: I had trained community activists on Convention on the Right of Child, Life Skilled Based Education (LSBE) Community Mobilization, Protection Monitoring, Advocacy, Communication skills, NFE classes within the DIC and in accelerated learning classes and Non-Formal Education.
Networking and Representation: Having more 8 years of experience to build strong coordination with Govt line agencies, Donors, Implementing partner and UN agencies. I represent SPARC in referral mechanism network formed by UNHCR implementing partner, coordination with Literacy department and Social Welfare department. Building collaborative rapport with establishing working relationships with relevant institutions, donors, and other stakeholders where required.
Monitoring and Reporting: Having more than five years of experience to implement projects through monitoring and evaluation (quality control, monitoring objectives and indicators) according to the M&E system and contribute to the ongoing development of M&E tools for protection. To ensured that activities/projects are implemented in accordance with agreed strategies, principles, implementation plans, and donor requirements. During my career I ensured the use of qualitative and quantitative indicators and prepare accurate and timely reports on project progress and timely quality project narrative reports are provided to the senior management on time and requirements.

· Support the identification of opportunities for child protection programming initiatives in support of service delivery and/or thought leadership in collaboration with country program senior management, business development staff.
· Support projects coordinator in staff capacity building trainings, Implementing partner and other formal and non-formal community structures.
· Ensure that good accountability practices are mainstreamed into the implementation of the project.
· Organize regular field visits to activity sites and submit accurate reporting to management about issues and progress.
· Facilitate the field in identification of child protection cases and mainstreaming into relevant govt department.
· Designing, Planning and intervening of capacity building workshops and awareness session for the field staff and community activists.
· To create linkages between SPARC program and Department of Social welfare Education department, and other stakeholder and strengthens the capacity of internal and external stakeholders in order to facilitate the Program activities.
· Support Manager to conduct TNA and training resource material for field staff/Parents/Community activists capacity building through which they have the capacity to address Community issues at the local level, target communities are supportive and equally participate in SPARC DIC activities
· Provide Non-Formal Education (NFE) to children through provision of active, effective, joyful and participatory activities;
· Interact with children on daily basis and motivate them to take keen interest in getting education through co-curricular activities;
· Ensure that classroom environment is healthy, safe and child friendly;
· Involve children in recreational and inspirational activities by engaging them with necessary recreational activities;
· Ensure adherence to organization’s child protection policy;
· Assist in behavior observation and psychological tests to psychologists, mobilizers and health officers to address various issues identified.
· Maintain and update files, record of children and develop field visit reports.
· Maintain effective coordination with all the relevant stakeholders say mobilization team, education officers, parents/guardians, government teachers’ and other concerned staff;
· Support the out school children to mainstream Informal and Non formal Education.
· Conduct effective CRC sessions for children to sensitize them for their entitlements;
· Mobilize communities to promote and strengthen parent teacher councils (PTCs) to increase access of girls to higher education;
· Submit weekly and monthly report to Program Manager.
