* Handling 250-350 customers daily and still wait time and service time achieved as per company target. * Maintaining good relation with the Existing Customers and get business from them. * Dealing with irate customers & Retaining the customers. * Looking after maintenance of CSC and operational issues i.e. IT, Admin etc. * Maintaining the daily, weekly & monthly reports of South Region & also the checklist of my team members on weekly basis sending directly to the Manager.
