A motivated and devoted professional keen to contribute towards the success of an Organization by designing, developing and implementing efficient and effective accounting, financial reporting and internal control system under the purview of Taxation, Corporate, Accounting and other Authorities. • CA (Finalist), MSBA (Finance) and Masters in Economics with over 10 years’ experience in the field of finance & accounts , internal & external audit, risk analysis & management, project planning and monitoring, cash flows management, executive planning, budgeting, tax planning , treasury, and corporate compliances;
• Chartered Accountancy Article ship from An Independent Member of Geneva Group International (GGI)-a Swiss entity- a worldwide renowned accountancy forum among top International Accountancy Bodies;
• Integrated modular based ERP environment including Oracle R12, 11g & 10g ERP, SAP Business Model 1, SQL based, Power Accounting, Peach Tree, Quick Book, M.S. Office, M.S. Project customized accounting software etc.;
• Successful completion of financing arrangements, leasing, bank guarantees, import clearance and repayments;
• Compilation and Finalization of data for Income & Sales Tax returns , Tax Audit under rule 44 & section 161 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001;
• Expertise in designing and implementing systems to achieve financial discipline and improve the overall efficiency of the organization (Manufacturing, Trading, Construction, NPO, NGOs, Services, Insurance);
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing
• Experience in building and appraising conceptual models of a business based on Basic as well as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) model incorporating impact of inflation, taxation, working capital, interest and other business risks.
