Prepare Purchase Orders according to production MRP and share by email to each suppliers.
Follow up with suppliers to arrange the supplies for production and aftermarket (SPD)requirement.
Arrange DCs and Invoices from the suppliers.
Visit suppliers frequently to resolve delivery issues.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding payment and other issues.
Facilitate and support other team members.
Officer (Inventory Planning & Control)
Receiving of CKD Import parts containers and keep cases in FIFO method.
Recording and issuance of CKD Import parts in the inventory system.
Maintain optimum level of inventory in Safety Stock.
Supervise material is kept and tagged properly, and maintain 5s.
Ensure material is issued on FIFO basis.
Ensure the physical and system inventory is reconciled.
Responsible to manage to warehouse activities.
Report stock and scrap condition to the management.
Claim rejection form the import suppliers.
