he construction of Salwa Beach Resort & Villas, which will be managed by the Hilton Hotels & Resorts, has reached an advanced stage of completion. The resort is located on Salwa Road near the Aqua Park.
The company executing the project is planning for the launch in the near future. The buildings looks complete from distance, AL Sharq reported.
Salwa resort is supposed to be the largest of its kind in the Middle East and is spread over an area of 257 acres at a great location on the southern west coast of Qatar.
In addition to the rooms and suites in the main hotel building, the resort will also include two small “villages” of family villas, which are specially designed with wide view of the Arabian Gulf.
The resort will have 362 residential units with access to a private beach and boasts of world-class facilities will include a water park, marina, dive center, cinemas, pools, health club, spa, restaurants and retail space.
The main hotel building will have 35 suites and two out of these will be presidential suits with an area of more than 1,000 square meters.
The resort will have many amenities, including a health club and spa, which is spread over 2,800 square meters, several outdoor pools, meeting rooms for events spread over 3,500 square meters and 13 fine dining restaurants.
The project is a one-off design with an exciting main feature of a unique cantilevered swimming pool on the 33rd floor. The building soars to 210 mtrs. high and is situated in a prime position facing the sea at Dafna, West Bay. The hotel consists of 300 guest suites, 120 serviced apartments, eight food and beverage outlets, retail, spa, ballroom and meeting facilities.
The project's scope of work consists of 505 villas each comprising 2 floors located at Al Wajba, Doha, Qatar.
The luxurious villas are designed in contemporary style taking into consideration its natural surroundings while creating a lively green central core.
Over 100 restaurants are set to satisfy every culinary taste, and the world’s largest Monoprix Hypermarket will ensure your home is stocked with all you need.
Family fun can be found across the mall, from VOX Cinemas to awe-inspiring theme parks, from Angry Birds World to Snow Dunes, Juniverse, and Virtuocity, and IKEA will keep your home furnished with modern Swedish design.
From morning to night, entertainment, dining and relaxation choices will abound at Doha Festival City, providing an array of exciting experiences for the whole family.
Msheireb is the world’s first sustainable downtown regeneration project, that will revive the old commercial district with a new architectural language that is modern, yet inspired by traditional Qatari heritage and architecture – its proportion, simplicity, space, light, layering, ornament and response to climate.
