Troubleshoot system and network problems,diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults. Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety. ProvidesTechnical and Non-Technical Support more then 50+users.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
ProvidesTechnical support across the company through IPPhone,Any Desk, VNC Vieweretc.
