概要
I am a certified trainer, specializing in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Communication Skills and Digital Integration. Currently, I am working with Institute of Southern Punjab Multan as Trainer. Previously, I had been with HOPE’87 (An Austria-based organization) as Project Coordinator in collaboration with Austrian Development Cooperation and Women Rights Association. I have also worked with VSO International as a Trainer and Project Supervisor. Earlier, I was engaged in a self-employed consultancy and training venture for capacity building and entrepreneurial skill development in individuals of Southern Punjab. I have strong academic grounds in Leadership management and training and development, having acquired MPhil in Business Administration and ACCA (UK). I am a PhD Scholar at UTM Malaysia. I am a certified trainer from the School of Leadership and I have achieved G77 Certification, a yearlong Leadership based course from Youth Impact Pakistan. I possess excellent communication skills and my research work and traveling habits make my training sessions unique and hands-on.
