Handling of 6800 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer to check the absorbance of color shade. Calibrating the pH meter and finding the pH of the sample. Calibrating the weight balance for better outcome of the result. Preparation of buffer solution. Finding the LOD (loss on dry) of the compound through a moisture analyzer. Checking of Total dissolved solid (TDS) of water. Matching the finishing of the tablet coating material, solution and Viscosity of PVA (poly-vinyl alcohol) in different colors . Calibrating refractometer and finding the refractive index RI of the liquid samples. Calculating the Specific Gravity of the liquid samples.Finding the particle size and bulk density.
