Supply Chain Officer
· Drafting and executing Memorandums of Agreement (MoA) that pertain to Hospitality Services and local refineries
· Working on IFEM and reconciling data with Finance
· Analyzing monthly procurement (foreign and local) along with pro-rata
· Creating Supply Chain’s presentations for Monthly Management Meetings
· Ensuring timely raise of Sales Tax invoices to OMCs for Hospitality Income purposes and following up for payment
· Posting STO in SAP for bulk entries
· Completing Due Diligence Checks for Vendors, where required
· Drafting departmental SOPs and ensuring compliance
· Preparing and uploading complete documents pertaining to Imports
· EIF Management (WeBOC)
· Liaison with clearing agents and insurance companies
· Preparing all documents related to establishment of LC/contracts
· Retirement of imports' documents with financial facilities
· Managing the Import processes in a cost-effective way
· Evaluating demurrage costs and settling the same at agreed amounts
· Initiating Logistics' projects — Liaison with Motorway Police and getting the drivers (of tank lorries) trained at Motorway Training Colleges, Pakistan
· Tracking all the shipments (electronically) and preparing reports of the same
· Making payments apropos of storage hospitality at oil terminals and WOP.
