Project Manager
Determine most effective approaches to new projects by reading and analyzing technical documents and drawings. • Carries out onsite visit with team for audit and presenting the client with optimum solution. • Assessment of detailed technical reports, including site inspections/visit report to ensure the best cost engineering solution is produced for the site. • Prepare BOQ based on CAD drawings. • Analyze and redesign lighting scheme, riser diagram and load calculation • Develop project planning and maintain optimal workflow • Coordinate with vendors to identify and procure appropriate equipment necessary for project completion. • Conduct meeting with client and discuss ongoing project schedule • Presenting the client with the optimum solution, prepare submit-tel including CAD drawing, progress reports, product data sheets and O & M manual. • OLD analysis for proposal making • Analyze project documents and preparing technical proposal • Analyze cost and estimation of LV switch-gear • Prepare LV switch-gear assembly layout, control wiring and power diagram. • Commission PF, ATS & MCC panel.
