Unit Incharge
• Supervision of slurry preparation, filter press and protein dryer for production of orotein.
• Supervision operation of filteration unit, ion exchange colounm and multi effect evaporator to produce glucose of multiple qualities.
• Ensuring regeneration of Ion Exchange colounm and washing of filteration membrane unit on time.
• Careful operation of DCS system of slurry, Filteration Unit and Evaporator and coordination with instrumentation team for daily calibration activities.
• Coordination with maintenance team in case of any failure.
• Working with Process Engineering Team for the optimization of process and troubleshooting of problems.
• Coordination with QC department to maintain quality of products.
• Ensuring safety of unit areas and operation staff as per company H&S standards.

Visited whole assigned plant, understood the process, drwan process flow digram and got checked throgh supervisor. At the end of internship submitted the final report to the Head of Production.
