I carried out Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) in Union Councils Onger and Jhirk of District Thatta. During this assignment, I visited various households to ensure that the beneficiaries had received the distributed items in a timely and proper manner. I engaged with community members to gather their feedback regarding the quality, quantity, and usefulness of the items provided. While collecting this information, I ensured that the data was accurate, complete, and in line with the organization’s standards and guidelines.Throughout the process, I maintained a respectful and ethical approach, safeguarding the confidentiality of all respondents. I remained vigilant in identifying and reporting any irregularities, complaints, or challenges faced by the beneficiaries. Close coordination with my team and field supervisors allowed me to share timely updates and observations. I also strictly adhered to COVID-19 and other field safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both the community and myself. This experience enhanced my monitoring skills and deepened my understanding of community-level humanitarian response.

I served as a Field Monitor Consultant for Action for Humanity Pakistan’s Qurbani Project 2025 in District Badin and Mirpur Khas. My responsibilities included ensuring strict adherence to the approved SOPs and Islamic guidelines during all stages of the project, including animal procurement, slaughtering, meat packaging, and distribution. I monitored logistics, verified beneficiary selection, assessed vendor compliance, ensured branding visibility, and collected beneficiary feedback through interviews and surveys. As a Business Support Assistant under the WFP Project, I monitored Chakki flour fortification activities, ensuring coordination with the WFP focal point and project team. I assisted in capacity-building training for Chakki mill staff, food inspectors, laboratory personnel, Nashonuma mobilizers, and district focal persons on fortification, quality assurance, and quality control processes. I ensured the proper installation, calibration, and maintenance of micro-feeders to maintain fortification standards as per Pakistan’s Standard and Quality Control Authority and PFA regulations. I managed the uninterrupted supply of premix to assigned Chakki mills and coordinated with the supervisor to resolve logistical issues. Additionally, I facilitated the distribution and availability of iron spot test kits for fortification compliance monitoring at production, market, and household levels. I regularly collected fortified flour samples from assigned Chakki mills and ensured their timely delivery to designated laboratories for quality analysis. My responsibilities also included supporting market and household surveys to assess the availability and compliance of fortified Chakki flour. I conducted Social Behavior Change (SBC) and sensitization activities at the Chakki mills and BNP Facilitation Centers in collaboration with relevant stakeholders while also facilitating the development of Business-to-Business (B2B) linkages to enhance demand for fortified flour. Furthermore, I prepared and submitted daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports, maintained accurate production data, and ensured data integrity. I also coordinated with district government authorities for awareness campaigns and compliance monitoring while identifying discrepancies in data and taking appropriate actions to resolve them, ensuring effective fortification implementation

As an Education Officer with Save the Children, partnered with HANDS Pakistan in Sanghar district, I am responsible for establishing Temporary Learning Schools (TLS) in government primary schools within flood-affected areas. I coordinate with government authorities to ensure smooth integration of TLS, manage logistics and resources, and oversee the training of staff. Additionally, I work closely with the community to promote education and student engagement during disaster recovery, while ensuring that project goals are achieved within the three-month timeframe.
