Ensure the food safety guidelines throughout the production line by ensuring PRPs and Personal Hygiene.•Design the Process flow charts and Premises Layouts.•Monitoring the procedure of CCP to ensure the control measures and critical limits are consistently controlling the food safety hazards, ensuring the compliance and critical limits and provide timely information to enable corrective action.•To maintain the Machinery maintenance program (corrective & preventive) and their implementation as per BRCGS and FSSC.•Implementation of the CIP & COP program across the production line as per guidelines.•Assist to develop food safety policies, procedures and best practices in accordance with local law.•Conduct Internal Audit and performed plant inspection quarterly. Controlled all data related to food safety internal and external Audits.•Reported non-conforming results and trends to section incharges for corrective actions. •Follow-up or investigate the complaints related to food safety and quality and take the corrective action when necessary.•Review HACCP plans and monitored implementation to verify that they are functioning according to plan.
