Ø  The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer monitoring and Evaluation Developing and implementing M&E systems to track project progress, measure impact, and ensure accountability.
Ø  Contribute to data collection at the field level (overseeing surveys etc.) and make sure that all available aspects are covered.
Ø  Ensure that all data is entered on time and check their consistency and quality. Contribute to maintaining the database following a standard format allowing aggregation of data to produce routine or periodic monitoring reports.
Ø  Identify potential negative impacts of the activities.
Ø  Monitor that crosscutting aspects like gender and “do no harm” are taken into account in the activities.
Ø  Data Collection and Analysis Collecting data on project activities, analyzing data to identify trend
Ø  To monitor all program interventions including the targeted community awareness and mobilization activities;
Ø  Ensure that all information related to complaints is properly recorded and that the logbook is clean.
Ø  Follow proper implementation of FCRM standard operating procedures and refer all cases to the appropriate focal point.
Ø  Ensure follow-up of all cases referred to the management team until the closure of the case.
Ø  Support the PC in centralizing and organizing data collection for activities and outputs as defined in the M&E plan.
Ø  To document all the field observations, gaps and debrief the relevant partner/ program staff  and develop an agreed action plan for the findings;
Ø  To validate and collect program-relevant data, ensure data consistency and provide technical backstopping for error-free data recording;
Ø  To participate in the review meeting.
Ø  To manage Complaint and Feedback Mechanism  at the district level which facilitates beneficiaries/communities to register complaints and share feedback;

During data collection the Quality Control Officer (QCO) Will:
Introduce team to head teacher and explain mission and testing process
Work is one Section of grade 3 students
Ask the head teacher and teacher to complete a questionnaire
Be available to answer questions from the head teacher and teacher on the questionnaires
Send an SMS to the MSI point of conduct with information concerning the number of available students per grade, Teacher per grade and head teacher
Supervise the work of enumerators to ensure technical reliability of assessment
Provide guidance to enumerators to help them improve the quality of their work
Draft and communicate a summary of data collected each day to the MSI point of contact
Facilitate daily meetings with enumerators for technical review and feedback
Ensure daily upload of data
Complete and communicate progress daily per established procedure.

Facilitate District Training Coordinator in ensuring effective management implementation of all training as per the work plan.
Ensure arrangements of training in their assigned training venues/ trainer’s team
Arrive at the training venue well-before the training workshop to ensure pre-training arrangements.
Required to organize trainings I respective venues allocated within a specified time period
Take a attendance of participation at regular basis and maintain its record.
Arrange refreshment for Assistant Presiding Officers and Polling Officers in Orientation workshop
Take a good care of sample ballot paper, voting screen, IEC Martial and ballot boxes for polling simulation exercises during all training and orientation.
Ensure the quality assurance of food and its timely delivery to the training venues
Collect compile and produce training updates/reports of each training. Orientation session on the specified
Formats and submitting the reports to DTC
Conduct need assessments, Quantitative/ Qualitative feedback on the impact of trainings
Undertake other duties as assigned.

 A Primray contribution of the position is to plan, coordinate and implement drugs awareness campaign in the mentioned in nine city’s of sindh municipality limits. The consultants will work under the direct of provincial coordinator and overall supervision of drug demand reduction and HIV advisor.
Responbilites
 The city coordinator under will undertake the following duties and responsibilities.
 Discus and secure approval district government officials, district officer (DCO), police officer (DPO), and (DEO), for the drugs awareness campaign in coordination with the provincial coordinator.
 Secure approval and support from the wagons, taxi and other association.
 Identify government boys and girls high schools and colleges in the respective district which will be involved in awareness campaign.
 Secure permission and support the head of the institution of the college and school.
 The consultant will mention full record of the different types of awareness material distributed with contact detail and address .
 Photographs will also be taken to include in the report.
 Record details of all the activities carried out on a prescribed reporting format and submitting to provincial coordinator on daily and weekly basis.
 The report will include detail of all the awareness raising activities conducted with teacher, parents, religious, leaders and people at workplaces etc.

 Develop material on health & hygiene
 Carry out community assessment within in field areas to assess the issues pertaining to hygiene.
 Impart session to children and parents on significance of health & hygiene practices.
 Liaison with stakeholders at district level and coordination
 Assist Project Staff in the overall planning, supervision, implementation, follow-up, monitoring and evaluation of the project activities.
 Prepare monthly /quarterly work plan for assigned activities.
 Ensure the implementation of work plan activities under project in target district.
 Encourage with community stakeholder to strenghrn capacity of community groups including VO/CO, women group and children WASH clubs in schools and community and CRP, LHW/CHW for referrals in her catchment area
 Participate in NFI distribution whenever required.
 Support in the development of IEC material for all activities implemented.
 Regular field visits of to various field areas to observe the wash facilities
 Conduct meetings with community and figures such as parents, teacher etc
 Written and verbal reporting on progress on weekly basis
 Assist the health Coordinator in all other issues related to the development and implementation of the emergency and rehabilitation health program

 Participate in need assessment ,Participatory Rural Appraisal, feasibility studies,stakeholder analyses and community consultation
 Support the development of agreement and MOUS with community based organisation or other civil society
 Identify target communities and mobilize community groups
 Aware and facilitate communities and conduct meetings with community members including community gate keepers.
 Maintaining data reports of community mobilization sessions and meetings.
 Liaison with other partners/ stakeholders working in the target area.
 In close supervision with the FSL Coordinator design a strategic community development plan in particular with focusing in cash grants, cash for work, Food Vouchers and agriculture suppoprt;
 Facilititate Community resource person in triggering CLTS. Developing community action plan with particular foucse on school community activity with men women and children.
 Ensure each committee VO/CO/WASH club being formed on the basics of core principles of volunteerism persnol affiliation and association with the community issue/thematic areas,
 Comply with the requirements of Save the Children’s Child Protection Policy to ensure maximum protection for children
