As a postgraduate in Environmental Sciences with hands-on experience in humanitarian response, community outreach, and climate related initiatives, I bring a strong foundation for the role of Community Mobilizer. My work with Islamic Relief Pakistan, particularly during the 2022 Flood Emergency Response and seasonal programs, has equipped me with essential skills in field coordination, logistics, and community engagement.
Through my volunteer work with Youth Forum for Kashmir and Pakistan Young Environmental Forum, I led and participated in awareness campaigns, plantation drives, and community-based sessions helping build trust and mobilize local participation around environmental and social issues. My internship at NARC further enhanced my research and data handling abilities, which are useful in understanding community needs and informing action.
In addition to my technical knowledge in climate change, DRR, HSE, and environmental standards, I am highly adaptive, a quick learner, and possess strong oratory skills, that are essential for communicating effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders. I am passionate about empowering communities to be more resilient, informed, and involved in solutions that impact their lives.

Response and Preparedness Assistant
With hands-on experience in humanitarian response, disaster risk management, and community-based programming, I bring a strong background in mobilizing and supporting vulnerable communities. During the 2022 Flood Emergency, I was deployed in D.I. Khan where I directly contributed to risk assessments, right-holder evaluations, and relief distributions. I have also facilitated community sessions on hygiene, water management, and sanitation promoting awareness and sustainable practices.
My role at Islamic Relief Pakistan has equipped me with reporting, program coordination, logistics, and operational skills, including project reporting, procurement, donor engagement, and quality assurance of relief items (such as food packs, hygiene kits, and baby kits). I’ve actively participated in climate-focused initiatives, including the Climate Vulnerability and Capacity Analysis (CVCA) pilot, and supported hazard mapping to strengthen community resilience.
I am a proactive team player with strong communication and organizational skills, committed to empowering communities, ensuring accountability, and supporting inclusive, impactful programming at the grassroots level.
