In my role as a Child Protection MIS Assistant, I effectively managed and reported data related to child protection cases, ensuring the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date databases to track interventions and outcomes. I prepared regular reports for program managers and assisted in implementing and maintaining the Child Protection Management Information System, providing troubleshooting support for data entry processes as needed. I conducted training sessions for staff on data collection and reporting standards, while also implementing quality control measures to uphold data integrity.
Collaboration with the Child Protection team and other stakeholders was essential, allowing us to align data with program goals while adhering to IRC policies and international standards. I supported monitoring and evaluation activities and conducted relevant research to inform program development. Engaging with the community to gather feedback was a key aspect of my role. Additionally, during emergency situations, I facilitated timely data collection and reporting to address urgent child protection needs effectively.

As a Computer Operator at the Pakistan Agricultural Storage & Services Corporation (PASSCO) in District Jaffarabad, I managed various computer operations crucial for the organization’s administrative and logistical functions. My responsibilities included accurate data entry and management, ensuring timely updates in the management information systems. I prepared reports on inventory and operational activities to support informed decision-making. Additionally, I monitored and maintained computer systems, providing technical support and training to staff, which enhanced productivity. I organized digital files for easy retrieval and collaborated with various departments to streamline data flow. My role also involved tracking inventory levels to facilitate efficient resource management and ensuring compliance with organizational policies through accurate documentation of all computer-related activities. Through these functions, I contributed to the effective operation of PASSCO, supporting its goals in agricultural storage and services.

During my tenure as an MIS, Data Collector, and Data Entry Operator at RSPN, I conducted comprehensive desk reviews of the Balochistan Rural Development and Community Empowerment (BRACE) Programme documents, gaining a thorough understanding of the program’s goals, objectives, and outcomes. I actively engaged with RSPN teams, conducting interviews to gather detailed insights for the report titled "Rural Support Programmes in Balochistan". This process ensured that the report included well-rounded perspectives from multiple stakeholders. Additionally, I assisted in synthesizing qualitative data from the desk reviews and interviews, contributing to the creation of an in-depth and actionable report. Throughout the process, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to support research and reporting efforts aimed at improving program effectiveness. This experience allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of community-driven rural development initiatives and enhanced my ability to contribute to the documentation and evaluation processes of the BRACE Programme.
