• Provide the action plan to assist marketing department for the smooth functioning of their strategies
• Research and analysis of market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
• Communicate the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Plans, develops, implements, and coordinates operational and administrative programs.
• Analysis of daily production reports for future planning.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating and setting the weekly production schedule.
• Increased production efficiency so as to eliminate customer dissatisfaction with insufficient inventory.
• Maintain a personal client portfolio, by acquiring, developing & servicing long-term relationships with micro clients. Work closely with different micro and SME Clients to provide them the best products which suits their business needs.
• In addition, lead and develop a team of 6-8 ROs, ensuring the delivery of overall team revenue, market coverage, quality service and operational risk objectives.
• To ensure that the team meets agreed business targets for business development. To ensure that each RO is working to a personal business development plan and is on track to meet objectives. To lead manage key client relationships within the team and ensure that a Client Plan is followed for each key client.
