Verification of attendance of all employees.
Ensuring Compliance of HR policies i.e Dress Code, Leaves deductions, Late arrivals deductions, Short and half leaves deductions.
Updating HR policies.
Managing recruitment and selection process.
Issue confirmation letter.
Process final settlement of resigned employee.
Process loan and advance salaries applications and entering in payroll software.
Preparation of salary, leave Encashment, Increments, Bonus & Allowances.
Have 1 year of experience in Us based call centre as an agent and 2 years as a quality assurance Manager .
