• Working knowledge of SAP purchase module.
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors.
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
• Create comparison statement contracts and Purchase order.

• Review and analyse all vendor’s supply and price options.
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
• Daily follow-up for Raw Materials to ensure the shipment.
• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
• Update Sample report.
• Made monthly reports of the vendor’s supply.
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
• Invoices parking of vendor’s monthly supply.
• Directly reporting to Senior Manager Procurement.

My responsibilities as a "Raw Material Officer"
✓ Receiving materials, prepare inward and outward gate pass,
proper stacking & sampling to quality control.
✓ Control all ERP related operations & solve any issue if
found.
✓ Ensures proper identification label & coding of all the materials received to avoid any wrong issuance of the material.
✓ Coordinate with production department on daily basis to make issuance plan of RM and prepare accordingly.
✓ Ensures the implementation of FEFO method while issuance of material.
✓ Prepare consumption reports of RM & share with head of department.
