• Facilitated the cash disbursements under ILA (Individual Livelihood Assistance) by dedicating financial assistance for opening micro business/enterprises covering almost 750 beneficiaries (Host and Afghan) across KPK accounting net total of PKR 350 million cash support.
• Monitored and facilitated Business Development Services Trainings (BDST) conducted under partnership with service provider, successfully training over 750 individuals supported under the ILA program.
• Supported the Enterprise Development Fund (EDF) component by facilitating grant distribution totaling PKR 200 million to over 40 shortlisted SMEs, focusing on business expansion, creating indirect job opportunities for vulnerable Afghan communities, as well as ensuring allocated quota for host community inclusion.
• Led and managed a team of 30 data collectors to conduct the 2024 Household Profiling Assessment across targeted districts in KP (Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda), successfully registering and integrating data from over 4,000 households into the Information Management System (IMS).
• Facilitated round-wise cash assistance to over 3,000 beneficiaries under the MPCA (Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance) Program, disbursing a total of PKR 120 million.
