joined Bank Alfalah as Branch Operations Manager, this position involves overall supervision of branch affairs.
Working with MCB Bank limited since 10-sep-2014 , at various assignments currently working as Sr Officer AML Support. This position entails the current scope over mitigating the risk due ML/TF/PF.
Major job responsibilities includes:-
Ensuring faithful review of TOP 100 accounts.
Transaction monitoring through FCCM, HVT, Turnover Exceptions review.
Review of accounts for arranging PEP /NGO/NPO/ High risk account/ customer pertaining to High Risk Jurisdiction
Managing conitinuous audit exceptions over AML/CFT
Work on submission of SBP Annexures- thematic review
Submission of documents to LEA,s.
Managing reporting of STR/CTR.
Ensuring various KYC Reviews
Monitoring of Dormant Actovation process
• The position accountable for business development, general banking, customer service, soliciting business accounts and developing strategic alliances with clientele, managing the affairs of the branch.
• Over all supervision of branch business, administration and guide with and through staff members like in business development, general banking operations, cross selling.
• Develop tactics to increase profitability.
• Educate customers about the products and convince them in good manners and their uses/benefits in order to achieve the targets.
• Counsel high net-worth individuals with regard to investment opportunities, risk analysis and monetary returns.
• Cross-sell banking services and products to clientele.
• Participate in community events to position the bank as a leader within the territory.
• Developing strategic marketing campaign targeting the potential market.
• The position accountable for general banking, customer service, soliciting business accounts and developing strategic alliances with clientele.
• Over all supervision of branch operations and administration and guide with and through staff members like in Accounts Opening, Remittances, Foreign Currency, Clearing, Bill for Collection, General Banking, cross selling.
• Implementation of the strategies to increase profitability.
• Educate customers about the products and convince them in good manners and their uses/benefits.
• Counsel high net-worth individuals with regard to investment opportunities, risk analysis and monetary returns.
• Cross-sell banking services and products to clientele
This position is entry level at UBL and is accountable for basic banking operations.
Work in different department of the banking industry i.e Account Opening, Remittances, Bill for collection, Clearing and transfer.
Cross selling of the different product in order to facilitate the branch to achieve its targets.
