Overseeing the general maintenance of all facilities of the factory premises through effective supervision of the operations team and working with the rest of the Brighto Paints Regional Offices. â€Â¢ Coordinate with internal offices as well as external contractors and vendors to help complete company activities. â€Â¢ Supervise general administration and support services. â€Â¢ Monitor, measure, report and address admin issues and personal forecasts. â€Â¢ System development and HR strategy implementation. â€Â¢ Staff management and development. â€Â¢ Dealing life and health insurance cases. â€Â¢ Dealing EOBI and Social Security Issues. â€Â¢ Deciding code of conduct for office, regional offices and for field operations. â€Â¢ To supervise all the security operations all over Pakistan, including security personals recruitment, training of the security staff, weapon issuance and related issues. â€Â¢ Implementation of HR and safety polices in a defined manner. â€Â¢ To supervise the cafeteria / Mess operations in all offices. â€Â¢ Implementing Brighto Administrative polices on ground level. â€Â¢ Issuing all administrative letters.
