Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and implement strategies as per HR rules.
• Coordination among team, H.O.D and Other Departments.
• Maintain files and records with effective filling system.
• Develop and execute plans.
• Conduct induction briefing session/ orientation for all new students.
• Replying all queries and forwarding them to concerned department or person.
• Prepare weekly/ monthly reports as well as attendance sheets and records.
• Support all HR/ administrative programs and promote good relations across the organization.
• Adequate Knowledge for understanding Report Writing and official Follow-ups.
• Responsible to maintain Office Work and Complaint system.
• Interdepartmental & intradepartmental communication.
• Responsible to arrange/ conduct different kinds of Seminars at Departmental level.
• Working closely with all departments in the organization for project postings, shortlisting candidates & conducting interviews regarding admission.
• Perform basic administrative activities, such as proofreading, operating computers to work in different soft wares for data Collection and surveys.
• Responsible for making different kinds of Schedules and meeting minutes, reports, Planning and evaluation at Administration level.
