Provided technical support the field-based Program Managers (PMs) and teams towards planning and implementing program activities in compliance with Action Against Hunger protocols and position papers, national guidelines, and Health and Nutrition cluster recommendations. Program activities include (but are not limited to) CMAM, IYCF approaches, Nutrition surveys, Coverage surveys, rapid nutrition assessments, Reproductive Maternal New born and Childhood Illness management, Health System Strengthening, socio-cultural assessments, KAP surveys, etc.
Prepared plan for assessment and, when needed, directly support/execute technical assessments (taking in to account ACF integration approach with thematic sectors), data analysis, and ensure timely results reporting is submitted to line management and findings disseminated. Responsibilities:

• Responsible to ensure the effective implementation and coordination of all nutrition activities at all operational districts , including infant young child feeding , nutrition specific and nutrition sensitive interventions .
• Manage and implement the strategies envisaged in all vertical programs at district level covering operational level.
• Training need assessment and capacity building competency –based training for government staff and stakeholders.
• Delivering training and technical support at district level to all nutrition staff .Narrative and statistical reports compiling and analysis of the data of all operational districts at provincial level and sharing with head offices.
• Monitoring of field activities, field visits and assist program manager provincial nutrition cell in technical and administrative matters.
• Joint program planning at provincial level with government stakeholder for CMAM & IYCF interventions.
• Ensure close coordination of WINS agencies with government provincial nutrition support program and provide technical support to Nutrition PC 1 interventions at field level timely with accurate reports.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to ensure the effective implementation of all Nutrition activities in operational districts, including Blanket feeding, infant & Young Child feeding, and treatment of acute malnutrition in CMAM (inpatient and outpatient).
• Responsible to identify Volunteers and LHWs in target area.
• Develop and submit the work plan and update on monthly basis.
• Will manage and implement the strategies envisaged in all vertical programs in the district.

• Supervise and manage the supplies, reporting, data, project budget, work plan etc.
• Represent the organization at district level and Provincial level.
• Deliver trainings and technical support for province and district level project and MoH staff.
• Liaison with all stakeholders including MoH, INGOs, PPHI.
• Timely review and submission of statistical and narrative reports.
• Active coordination with partner organizations in the field.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the overall implementation of the nutrition components in all areas of operation under the supervision and directions of PMC and Country Nutrition Coordinator.
• Support the District PMC and Country Nutrition Coordinator to oversee the overall management of acute malnutrition and provide technical guidance and training to the health team as well as ensure protocols are being adhered to and the SFP’s and OTP’s are operating within quality indicators;
• Ensure that the field staff (LHVs, Health & Nutrition Promoters & Supervisors) Prepare and submit weekly and monthly Screening, SFP, OTP & SC reports in time with the MIS section. Analysis of the submitted reports before sharing with the District PMC and Country Nutrition Coordinator.
• Planning overall emergency IDP’s camp management and also set strategy to setup nutrition and health activities.
• In consultation with the district/provincial Nutrition coordinator, prepare and submit timely Supply Request for supplies (F75,F100, Plumpy nuts and other relevant items)with the district level concerned focal person in coordination with District PMC and Country Nutrition Coordinators for ensuring smooth implementation of CMAM activities .
• Travel as required to areas of operation to supervise, build capacity and provide technical guidance to the Community level staffing (Health & Nutrition promoters and Social Mobilizers) and Facility based staffing (LHVs & Health Promoters) for the direct implementation of the nutrition interventions where needed, oversee the piloted community nutrition approach and in close collaboration with the Provincial Nutrition Coordinator & Country Nutrition Coordinator, Field Medical Staff implement strategies in line with the changing environment to ensure their effectiveness in improving child nutritional status.
• Improve the quality of the present activities through supervision of key staff, analysis and dissemination of M&E data and lessons learnt, and review of best practice guidelines in consultation with the PMC and Country Nutrition Coordinator.
• Coordination with MOH and provincial nutrition cluster.
