Field Monitoring Officer
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Every field monitor has been assigned their targeted districts in which APEX field teams would be conducting Stock Assessment Survey for JSI-USAID. Ideally a field monitor will be responsible to:
• Contact his targeted districts’ teams a day before field to get their work plan
• Visit field teams in their respective district/village during field. He/his will visit at-least two teams per day
• Watch, Observe, and document field activities (as per checklist) and share on daily basis with his/her provincial monitoring coordinator
• Remain available on cell phone so that his/her provincial coordinator could contact him/her
NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS DURING FIELD
1. Don’t interfere field teams’ work
2. Never give suggestions/recommendations
3. Always show positive attitude while dealing with the teams working in field
4. Never give any instructions to field staff
