Head of Imports and Exports
I am responsible to Head The Imports and Exports from the scratch
Manage end-to-end import/export activities, including documentation,
Customs clearance and compliance.
Coordinate shipments, negotiate rates, and monitor delivery schedules.
Prepare and review shipping documents and ensure accurate customs documentation.
Stay updated on international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate shipments and address logistics issues.
Maintain relationships with service providers for cost-effective logistics solutions.
Monitor and track shipments, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
Resolve import/export-related issues and discrepancies with the Bank, Shipping companies, Insurance company, Logistics/transportation companies, customs/PSW/Webooooc, Indentor/Agents, Third party Inspectioionn/Labs...etc
Analyze data, identify trends, and propose process improvements.
Prepare reports on shipping schedules, costs, and compliance metrics.

Fully Responsible to look after Imports of Machinery / Raw Material (Raw Cotton, PVA, Lycra...etc) / Spare parts...etc, Lc opening, Amendment, Shipment Tracking, Retirements under different methods, Arrange Transportation and Logistics, Liasion with Banks, Liasion with Insurance, Liasion with Customs House, Retirement of Documetns, Arrangements of Funds, Establishments of Letter of credits, Looking after supply chain and inventory...etc.
Importing Uder EFS pakistan customs facilitation schemes, Manage and control the entire job of EFS Reconciliation
Exports Section:
Fullay Responsible for Exports Under Lc / Adv. Payments / Contract Collections.....Exporting from Bonded warehousing and record keeping of Manufacturing Bond and Non Bonded and EFS, citing / tracking of shipments,
Tracking of Export Proceeds, EFE on weboc/PSW Liasion with internation market and buyers and all relevant operations, Responsible for Management of Remittance/Proceed to other assignments.
Control of repayment of different Banking loans for timely, arrange of funds availability for other Heads
Manager Exports
