Actions to be implemented:
• Established and activate the Network of Care in Swat to coordinate and enhance the delivery of rehabilitation services.
• Conduct monthly review meetings involving DOH staff, LHWs, and PHC providers to assess progress, address challenges, and plan for improvements.

• Support governments and stakeholders in convening technical working groups for district-level rehabilitation and assistive technology activities.
