I have completed my Masters in Gender and women Studies from Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad with one year diploma in English language to improve my language proficiency. With more than 13 years of diverse experience, professionally I am capable in dealing emergency situations and Implementing Emergency food Security & Livelihoods projects, addressing the gender issues and ensure gender mainstreaming in emergencies and early recover projects. I also involved in managing complex communities in conflict and flood affected areas to complete emergency and early recovery activities. A part from field experience I managed Vocational training and capacity building training programs for Youth and female participants with close coordination of government institutions. I have performed actively as a responsible team member and as a focal person at field level and carrying out the team building, staff recruitments, capacity building, provided technical knowledge to field team in order to carryout community mobilization, work with marginalized communities.  Good knowledge of computer skills in all useable areas of required work including internet and email expertise. Excellent communication and writing skills with tremendous ability to work under pressure when the time demands results. I handled huge portfolio project funded by different donors like OFDA, ECHO, MOFA, DFID, CIDA, SIDA and FFP and managed huge number of beneficiaries and addressed their needs through Cash, Transfers, Livelihoods, Social protection, Income generating activities agricultural livelihoods, Livestock and vocational training. Good experience in handling all general routine work, leading a huge team with various professionals, carrying out real time monitoring and assessments, establish coordination with relevant departments and thematic groups, represented organizations at various forums, lobbying and advocacy with stakeholders in order to adhere child safe guarding policy in areas of development. Budgetary & Financial management to foresee and forecast the over and under spending, documented case studies and Success stories and sharing of good practices among different sectors, ensured all activities carried out in the field in accordance with HAP standards, hence ensuring accountability and transparency.


Undertook and completed various assignments within stipulated timeframe and provided good performance to meet the targets/outputs in the given time frame.
