I did my MPhil in economics and a qualified with CGPA 3.50 and have 2.5 years of experience as social development professional looking for a position in NGO/INGOs where continue my career path as a MEAL professional, use knowledge. I am thoughtful well-organized to use the MEAL related tools and practices for smooth project implementation. I have the value-added skill of developing a range of reports needs across the Project Cycle Management –PCM. I am also having hands-on social mobilization, accountability, and learning –MEAL on RBM and LFA programming tools, survey and report writing. For job I can move anywhere and render my services for the betterment of marginalized people
• Plan social mobilization activities in the context of the project log frame and targets set aligned with project work plan
• Provide input in the development of terms of partnership to be signed with the communities for participation in the project activities
• Initiate social mobilization process and facilitate the project communities to organize themselves in shape of community organizations (Youth male and female)
• Identify and establish of community groups, and members in targeted area
• Identifying and facilitating potential targeted beneficiaries to get benefit from project activities
• Support COs to build their capacities in CO management, planning and monitoring, conflict resolution, and promoting social harmony in the community
• Provide input for preparation of monthly and quarterly progress reports on the field activities highlighting achievements and bottlenecks
Coordination
• Coordinate with project coordinator/Manager, MEAL, Operations and HR department for integrated and coordinated activities in the field
• Support and coordinate with different implementing partners of government department in carrying out studies, assessments, and trainings.
• Support the community organizations to establish their linkages with the local authorities and other development actors to improve the social services in the area
Facilitate information and knowledge management
• Collect and provide support in collection of information for base-lines surveys and evaluation or any other required study
• Identify and document success/case stories for the project and work closely with M&E officer
• Document the overall social mobilization process, identify issues, and suggest improvements in the process
Monitoring
To roll out and manage MEAL mechanism as per project framework
To carry out regular field monitoring of program interventions and produce monitoring reports on the given format, conduct debrief sessions with relevant program staff and develop an agreed action plan
An ongoing basis ensure that project monitoring data is collected, stored, and analyzed in a clear and professional manner
Ensure data safety, verification and cleaned before analysis and archive.
Conduct and support team for assessment and surveys related to implemented project activities by using oriented tools.
Frequent field visits to carry out process monitoring based on minimum standards and output level indicators.
To develop process monitoring check list with support of line manager
To identify grey areas of assigned task and will develop action plan for the improvement.
To support in conduction of humanitarian Coordination meetings and will take minutes accordingly
Evaluation:
With the support of the MEAL Manager and other responsible team members to ensure data collection tools are appropriately designed to allow the proper collection and processing of information as per MEAL requirement.
To ensure that all database for all surveys is properly managed.
To ensure that appropriate data validation and cleaning procedures are implemented to verify the authenticity of information collected.
Evaluation reports must be responsive to the indicators outlined in the project proposal as well as additional indicators agreed with the MEAL Manager
Community Feedback & Grievance Mechanisms
Facilitate for complaint response mechanism to make effective and at project locations which allow communities to provide feedback on project implementation; register and monitor complaints.
Ensure the project beneficiaries are given orientation regarding organization, project, and CRM procedures
Ensure accountability minimum standards according to HAP (humanitarian accountability partnership) principles and Humanitarian code of conduct
Reporting:
Write weekly, Monthly and Quarterly activity reports and submit to the line manager including updates on monitoring results.
Report all information or difficulty related to project activities or about the security aspects, if deemed necessary to inform
Attend regular in-house follow-up discussions/meetings with the project team
Preparation of monthly progress tracking sheet and MEAL calendar/Plan
Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing in monitoring and evaluation:
