Ø  In Air compressor department responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of air compressors used in the department. This involves regular maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repairing any mechanical issues that may arise.
Ø  I would work towards optimizing the efficiency and performance of air compressor systems. This involves analyzing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, implementing energy-saving measures, and optimizing system settings to reduce energy consumption and enhance productivity.
Ø  I would maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and performance evaluations. Regular reporting on the condition of air compressors, energy consumption, and maintenance schedules is necessary to track system performance and plan for preventive maintenance.
Ø  I would ensure the proper operation of the RO plant by monitoring key parameters such as feed water flow, pressure, and quality. Regular checks and adjustments are necessary to maintain optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Ø  Conducting routine maintenance activities, such as cleaning filters, replacing membranes, and inspecting system components, is important to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the RO plant. I would also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues that may affect the plant's performance.
Ø  Ensuring the quality of the treated water is a critical aspect of operating an RO plant. As a mechanical engineer, I would collaborate with chemists and other professionals to establish and maintain quality control procedures, conduct water quality testing, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ø  Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, water quality test results, equipment specifications, and operating parameters is important. Regular reporting on the performance of the RO plant, maintenance schedules, and any deviations from quality standards would be necessary.
Ø  I am responsible for training and supervising technicians or other workshop personnel. This involves providing guidance on equipment operation, safety procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
Ø  Providing training to maintenance technicians on proper maintenance procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and equipment operation. Sharing knowledge and expertise with the maintenance team to enhance overall performance.
Ø  Responding to emergency maintenance requests and breakdowns of air compressors, dryer chiller and cooling tower systems, promptly troubleshooting issues, and implementing temporary measures to restore operation while planning for permanent repairs.
Ø  Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for chiller and cooling tower systems to ensure their proper functioning and longevity.
