Collecting the data, interpreting, analyzing, and developing the reports and dashboards
• Responsible with coordination with General manager for all administrative matter of Textile Machinery and spare parts
• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Modernize and update equipment
• Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation and review of contracts related to the purchase or sale of equipment, material, supplier, products and services
• Handle the acquisition , distribution and storage of equipment
• Prepare all import and export document of Textile Machinery
• Responding to customer enquiries and complaints
• Arranging regular testing for Textile Machinery and spare parts
• Recording office expenditure and managing the budget
• Co-ordination with all departments regarding any problem or guidance required
• Arrangement for safely unloading , Errection of all the newly Machinery
• Strictly implementation of all the Management polices
