My internship has helped me get a good experience of all the functions of Human resource.I have worked in the recruitment side and assisted in on-boarding off-boarding procedures , scheduling of interviews.In Hr-operations I have assisted team in medical insurance, maintaining employee records on EMS and preparations of final settlements.
