• Responsible for operating Gram  equipment manufacturing. •  Ensure good hygiene condition of machines and area. •  Running smoothly Tetra Pack Machine SL-900 •  Cleaning and sanitation of production equipment with Standard Parameters  (SOP /   ). •  Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment on the entire process  

• Ensures the availability of primary and secondary packaging material before   production. • Establish hygienic conditions of the machines (OPC and CIP) and tanks • Conduct disinfection of fruit preparation bags prior to production in order to   avoid contamination. • Conduct changeover of molding to different sizes of product. • Conduct routing inline quality checks and physical assessment for weight, shape,   production and expiration date. • Conduct daily care and weekly care maintenance. • Reporting directly to production supervisor for submission of daily production   report. • GMP, First Aid Case, product Processing, quality of product and operation   techniques and trouble shooting
